It’s been a while since I’ve done a review of a casino so thought I would share my experience with Paddy Power Casino. (see a review of Paddy Power Bingo here)

Paddy Power are an Irish bookmakers, famous for it’s risky TV ads (some of which have been banned even!) but they do offer some of the best customer incentives around. They are constantly offering bonuses based around special events such as the World Cup, Olympics, Cheltenham Cup etc and offer bonuses on all their gaming sites (Casino,Bingo,Poker and Sports)

Full Tilt have recently launched ’speed poker’ basiclly you sit down at a table of your desired stakes and you can instantly fold your hand once you have seen it and be instantly dealt a new hand on a diferent table. This allows you to play around 300 hands per hour for every table you play on.

The only downside is the usual fish won’t be playing a wide range of cards and can simply wait for premium hands as opposed to getting bored and playing any old crap.

What’s the next step?? Rush tournaments?? I hope so, it’s great fun but you totally loose all concept of how your opponents play, really it’s just a bit of a gimmick.

Scotty Nguyen (pictured below left) got in on the act, as well. Nguyen was being his usual boisterous self when he criticized a dealer over a small mistake. Dan O’Brien tried to calm the situation down, and Nguyen took offense to him chiming in with a defense of the dealer. Shortly after that, Nguyen decided to play a hand completely blind against O’Brien and ended up giving the young pro more than 100,000 in chips before finally taking a peek and mucking on the river.

Scotty Nguyen was clearly upset with O’Brien, but the barrage of F-bombs were unfortunately unloaded on the quiet and polite man sitting to his right. The action started with the unknown player, who raised to 24,000 in the cutoff. Nguyen reraised to roughly 50,000 on the button, and the cutoff then reraised to 150,000. Nguyen called, and the flop came KHeart 7Spade 3Heart.

The cutoff moved all in, and Nguyen called all in with 7Heart 4Heart for a pair and a flush draw. His opponent showed pocket aces, but they were cracked when the turn and river came 5Club and 7Club, giving Nguyen the winning hand with trips. Nguyen immediately slammed the felt when the river fell and began screaming obscenities toward the cutoff and the rest of the table, explaining that he was tired of people messing with him. The unknown player, clearly devastated by the hand and left with just a few big blinds, could only sit quietly as Nguyen scooped the huge pot. Despite immediately receiving a 10-minute penalty, Nguyen took his time stacking the million-plus pot, carefully maneuvering each chip around his beer before taking his punishment.

Williamhill Deposit Bonus

I don’t normaly make posts like this as it seems to spammy etc but I recently signed up for William Hill using their £30 no deposit bonus which was automaticlly put in my account, the wagering requirements were just 20x which for a no deposit bonus is small, however you can only wager 20% of that on blackjack (which is as we all know is best for meeting wagering requirements).

Decent Stars Live Tournament for Low Rollers
